Samosa Dough
Ingredients
- 2 Cups all purpose flour
- ¾ teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup oil or ghee (4 tablespoons)
- ½ cup butterspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 tablepoons
Preparation

Add everything but water into mixingboal and mis well. Rub flour between palms 2-3 minutes to incorporate the oil. Press with palm and flour should hold shape. Overall mixture should look a little like breadcrumbs.

Add 4 teaspoons water, and begin to form a dough ball, adding more water as needed.

Dough should be firm, stiff and not sticky. Oil the cough ball, cover and let stand until ready for use. At least 45 minutes.
