Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 3 tbsp. Butter
  • 10 1/2 oz. Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dashes hot sauce
  • 2 cups diced cooked potato
  • 2 cups cooked pork diced
  • 3/4 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • kosher salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. Gather ingredients.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and celery in butter until onion is soft, golden and translucent.
  3. Add condensed soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce to skillet. Stir to blend.
  4. Add pork, potatoes, peas and paprika. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Taste, adding salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Sprinkle with some more paprika and chopped parsley before serving.
