Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 3 tbsp. Butter
- 10 1/2 oz. Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- 2 cups diced cooked potato
- 2 cups cooked pork diced
- 3/4 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- kosher salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- chopped parsley
Preparation
- Gather ingredients.
- Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and celery in butter until onion is soft, golden and translucent.
- Add condensed soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce to skillet. Stir to blend.
- Add pork, potatoes, peas and paprika. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Taste, adding salt and pepper as needed.
- Sprinkle with some more paprika and chopped parsley before serving.
